The construction site is situated in spacious surroundings with large green areas by the Rákos stream, close to the fields of the Vasas Sports Club.
With this building, consisting of three 7-storey tall buildings and the 2-storey wings linking them , we attempted to create harmony between the urban apartment and the suburban villa.
