We have retained the building’s characteristic light colour scheme, and combined it with bright colourful patterns of the surfaces of retractable sunshades in front of and over the glass surfaces and terraces. A U-shaped canopy over the roof terrace creates character to the building’s appearance, relating it in terms of form to the nearby elegant residential buildings with a Bauhaus spirit.
The large, mobile sunshades are present on all three sides that are exposed to sunlight, making the building playful and jolly, and bringing it closer to the children’s world.
