The aim of our design is to maintain the grovy, airy atmosphere of the area even after the large building has been erected.
To achieve this, the building is given a green cover: the lawn crawls up onto the slightly sloping roof, as if a giant hand were tearing up the lawn carpet and flicking the functions under it.
The main facade of the building overlooks the renewing Bessenyei Street, which will be transformed into an urban space. This area is also a meeting point, which is made attractive by orderly planted green surfaces.
