Location | Budapest, 2nd district, Petrezselyem utca 10.
Planning | 1985-1986
Implementation | 1987-1990
Worked together: Zsolt Hajnal , József Wéber
Our mission here was to design a residential building with 100 flats into a downtown environment in the vicinity of the Hungarian Institute of Meteorology.
The 3-metre difference between the levels of Petrezselyem street and Kis Rókus street enabled us to separate the pedestrian and vehicle traffics into two levels.
The buildings are accessible by car from Kis Rókus street; on foot the tiled and grassy passage leading among the buildings can be accessed at street level from Petrezselyem utca, and through stairs also from Kis Rókus utca.
