Our office was hired by OTP, we won the project in 1984 through an inhouse tender.
Based on the given program we placed 96 apartments on the area between Petrezselyem Street and Kis Rókus Street. During the installation of the complex our main priority was to connect the planned inner “street” and the neighbouring inner courtyard of the Hungarian Institute of Meteorology. The 3-metre difference between the levels of Petrezselyem Street and Kis Rókus Street enabled us to separate the pedestrian and vehicle traffics into two levels.
