Due to the environment at this downtown location, the design procedure was rather unusual. We were hired to plan a building spanning the whole street, which reinforces the street’s civic atmosphere, keeps and also enhances the values of its surroundings, and – despite its size – ensures that the buildings around it get enough sun, turning Kapás street once again into a proper street.
