On the surfaces of the main facade at ground floor level, which demand special protection, white matte limestone and black granite coating were applied in a strong and clear contrast.
A dominant feature of the facades facing the street and the courtyard are the red balcony railings of glass, adorned with patterns, whose colour, together with the ever-changing colour of the sky reflected in the red glass, lends the stern geometric design of the facade a sense of motion.
